What payment methods can I use to place an order?
We are pleased to offer the following secure payment options to all our customers so no one misses out. When purchasing from Pecka Products your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard and used for your absolute privacy. Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa & AMEX)
Pecka Products accepts the following Credit Cards (MaserCard, Visa and AMEX) through the 100% secure Eway Payment system. Payment is taken at time of order and a receipt and invoice along with order confirmation is issued straight after.
You’ll notice the padlock icon in your browser when submitting your payment for an order – this means your payment will be processed securely! For those still not comfortable with paying online - not a problem, we also offer Direct Debit/Bank Deposit as a payment method (just look for the BANK icon!).
Pecka Products accepts payments through PayPal (we accept payment via PayPal balance or you can pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account by using your credit card):
Bank deposit allows you to pay directly into our bank account. Our bank details will appear at the checkout once you have completed your order. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our account. It is appreciated that all Bank Deposit payments are made within 72hours of placing your order or your order will need to be cancelled as guarantee of stock of product cannot be guaranteed or held for longer.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a quick, convenient and secure way of sending and receiving money online.
Whether sending cash to loved ones anywhere in the world, paying bills, making mass payments or shopping online, PayPal gives you the ability to fund your payments from multiple sources that you already know and love, including any balances in your PayPal account, bank account, credit and debit cards.
Do you need a PayPal account to use PayPal?
No, you can use PayPal as a guest without having to sign up for a PayPal Account. Once you are in the payment section of ‘checkout’ you will be able to select checkout as a ‘guest’ or ‘register’ so if you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to register for one please choose checkout as a ‘guest’. You cna then pay using your normal credit card.
I need my order tomorrow, will it arrive?
It depends on what time you place your order and where you are located. If you are in urgent need for your items the next day please contact us and outline your situation and a customer service representative will respond with options and pricing which could possibly make this happen for you. Please note when couriers need to be used, it is the courier company which guarantees next day delivery and not Pecka Products so Pecka Products will do everything on its end to ensure next day delivery is possible but cannot 100% guarantee as we do not own the courier company nor have the power to stop unexpected issues which may arise during the shipment phase. Please note delays in the Australia Post network due to the pandemic may impact delivery times also.
Does Pecka Products accept Phone Orders
Yes! You can place an order over the phone by calling (03) 9018 6658 and talking to one of our Customer Service representatives. Credit Card and Bank Deposit payments are accepted for phone orders. Please note if you choose to order over the phone and pay by Bank Deposit your order cannot be despatched until payment has arrived into the Pecka Products Pty Ltd account. Credit Card orders are processed immediately after order placed over phone
Does Pecka Products ship items outside Australia?
Yes Pecka Products do ship internationally. Please click visit our Shipping & Delivery section for further information.
Are all Pecka Product prices quoted in Australian Dollars?
For all customers making an order within Australia, the prices will appear in Australian Dollars, if you are purchasing from within the United States, the prices with appear as US Dollars and for New Zealanders the price will appear in NZ Dollars. For all other countries, at checkout you will be able to convert the pricing to your respective countries currency.
Does the item price include GST?
Yes, Pecka Products includes GST (General Service Tax) in the price for every item. Please note this is an Australian regulation which we must abide by.
You may notice on your invoice and in checkout that there is a component that says GST. This amount is not added, we are simply showing you the amount of GST that's included in the total you are paying us. This is similar to any invoice that you would receive in a shop or supermarket in the ‘real world’.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way to begin is to click on the item from peckaproducts.com.au that you would like to purchase.
Each product listing has an ‘Add to Cart’ button on the right hand side of the page. Click on this button and you will then be directed to ‘checkout’ where you can follow the prompts right through to payment. If you would like to purchase multiple items just click on each item individually and add each one to cart (it saves all items until you are ready to check out!). You can select the number of quantities you would like of the item at this point too. Once you have finished adding all your products just follow the prompt to ‘checkout’ and away you go!
How do I change the quantity in my cart or remove an item completely?
To change the number of items you wish to purchase, simply change the quantity number in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. This will update your order to show the correct quantity of items you wish to purchase.
If you want to remove any item from your cart, all you need to do is click the ‘Remove’ link directly below the quantity. The item will then disappear from your cart.
How do I know when my order has been sent?
Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from our warehouse with your consignment number letting you know it has been dispatched. Depending on the Shipping Service you have chosen, you will also be provided with details of the carrier used and how to track your delivery online.
For registered users you can track the delivery status of your order by going to the My Account section.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Your delivery address is able to be changed, however only in the period before your order has been dispatched. To change your delivery address, log in to the My Account section and select ‘Order History’. Click on the ‘Edit shipping address’ link and you will then be able to update the address.
Please be aware you can only change the address for the entire order; we are unable to ship separate items on the one order to multiple addresses.
Once your order has reached the ‘packing’ or ‘dispatched’ stage, the delivery address is no longer able to be changed. Please also note that the delivery address shown on your email tax invoice is your billing address, not your delivery address.
I purchased an item for someone else and wish to remain anonymous – will my details be visible to the recipient?
We understand that you value your privacy and wish to have your personal information kept secure.
Any personal information that we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us so that we can provide you with the services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable us to carry out our business as suppliers of goods.
Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless it is required or authorised by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonable expect.
An invoice is emailed to the purchaser (person who submitted the order) and is also disclosed with the goods. If for some reason you do not want a copy sent with the goods you must let Pecka Products know at time of ordering or immediately after as once products are packed and ready for dispatch we cannot change.

Can I pick up my order from Pecka Products?
Unfortunately we’re unable to allow pickups from our warehouse. Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would not only disrupt this process but could potentially create safety/ privacy issues for yourself and warehouse staff.
Can I view an item before I purchase it?
Unfortunately as we are an online retailer, we do not have a shop or show room to display items before purchase. For this reason we always try to include as much information and images as possible in our product listings.
If you do have a specific question about an item, please contact us and we will only be more than happy to help.
Can I lay by an item, or hold an item for a period of time before payment?
We are unable to hold items or provide a lay-by service. As an online retailer, we like to keep things fresh and exciting by operating on a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis. We constantly keep our stock up to date so you won’t miss out!
Does Pecka Products send Hens Party supplies to New Zealand?
Pecka Products sends Hens products worldwide including New Zealand. New Zealand deliveries are at a special flat rate price of $15.95 AUD no matter how much you order (standard mail service).
Does Pecka Products accept wholesale orders?
Pecka Products does accept wholesale orders. Please note all wholesale orders are subject to vendor acceptance by Pecka Products. Once approved by Pecka Products, login details will be provided for future orders on the Pecka Products wholesale website. If you would like to apply for wholesale Pecka Products or for further information, including Terms & Conditions please complete our Hens Party Wholesale application form.
How do I change my password on my Pecka Products account?
Simply log in to My Account and click on ‘change password’ under ‘Your Account Options’. Please be aware that your password is case sensitive!
How do I redeem a coupon code for a promotion I have seen?
To redeem your promotional coupon code, follow these 5 easy steps:
1. Login to peckaproducts.com.au
2. Find your product(s) at peckaproducts.com.au
3. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
4. Select the ‘Checkout’ NOW button
5. Enter your Promotional Coupon Code into the Coupon Code text box
6. Enter your payment information
Please note the code must be entered before payment is made for the offer to be valid.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once you have made payment. After an order has been paid, it is sent to our warehouse where our automated dispatch process begins and we are unable to interrupt this process.
We encourage all customers to check their order quantity and items before completing checkout to avoid any disappointment due to the wrong order being placed.
Please also note, we are unable to refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.
If you have placed an order via Bank Deposit and have not yet made payment, your order will auto-cancel after 72 hrs.
If I email Pecka Products, how long will it take for a response?
Pecka Products is committed to great customer service so you will never be waiting long for a response. Email us is the best way to get a quick response as your email is distributed to the Customer Service team so your request can be actioned sooner.
How can I find a specific item on peckaproducts.com.au?
On the top right hand corner of the website you will find a ‘search’ box. Type in what you are looking for i.e. straws, singlets, tee shirts etc and it will bring up all related products
How can I find out more information about a product on your site?
We always try to include as much information as possible in our product descriptions as we understand that this is important when items cannot physically be viewed before purchase.
