Returns & Refund Policy

 

Pecka Products will allow goods to be returned if they are deemed faulty by us; are damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped by our warehouse.   We pride ourselves on the quality, originality and value of each product. Every item has been sealed with the Pecka Products quality stamp of approval. With this in mind we want you to love our products as much as we loved creating them for you. We encourage you to review our products and terms carefully before buying and if you still have questions please contact us

 

We take great care of our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If for some reason you have received damaged product, please email us within 48hrs of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.

 

For items damaged through transit, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding return shipping back to us unless we have agreed otherwise) or send a replacement, as long as you do the following:

Return the item to us, in the same condition as you received it, complete with all packaging and within 10 business days after issue of the RMA number

We regret that we cannot authorise the return of an item that is not in its packaged condition.

Please don’t forget we are unable to refund your order if you Change your Mind or if your order does not arrive in time for your special occasion, due to you, the customer, not allowing sufficient postage time nor supply correct Shipping Address information at time of ordering (if a parcel is Returned to Sender for incorrect Shipping Address or customer not collecting their parcel in time from the Post Office if it has been redirected there after attempted delivery a $10 returns fee is charged from the carrier which we need to on charge to customers. We can guarantee dispatch time but unfortunately cannot control shipping carriers and unforeseen delays.
