When purchasing from Pecka Products your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard and used for your absolute privacy. Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa & AMEX)
Pecka Products accepts the following Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX) through the secure Eway Payment system. Payment is taken at time of order and a receipt and invoice along with order confirmation is issued straight after.
Pecka Products accepts payments through PayPal (we accept payment via PayPal balance or you can pay through PayPal without having a PayPal account by using your credit card):
- Bank Deposit
Bank Deposit allows you to pay directly into our Bank Account. Our bank details will appear at the checkout once you have completed your order. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our account. It is appreciated that all Bank Deposit payments are made within 72 hours of placing your order or your order will need to be cancelled as guarantee of stock of product cannot be guaranteed or held for longer.
You can place an order over the phone by calling (03) 9018 6658 and talking to one of our Customer Service representatives. Credit Card and Bank Deposit payments are accepted for phone orders. Please note if you choose to order over the phone and pay by Bank Deposit your order cannot be despatched until payment has arrived into the Pecka Products Pty Ltd account. Credit Card orders are processed immediately after order placed over phone.
You’ll notice the padlock icon in your browser when submitting your payment for an order – this means your payment will be processed securely! For those still not comfortable with paying online - not a problem, we also offer Direct Debit/Bank Deposit as a payment method and we accept phone orders too!
- Pecka Products processes all orders in Australian Dollars (AUD). Pecka Products endeavours to keep all the information on its website current and correct including pricing. Pricing changes occur often to give the best value products to our customers. Pecka Products Pty Ltd may refuse purchase of goods for error in pricing on its website, while site is being refreshed or down for maintenance. We strive to being honest and bringing the best prices and products to our customers.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
No one likes waiting for goods they have ordered so Pecka Products dispatches orders daily (except weekends/ public holidays where postal services do not operate). We try to get all orders received by midday AEST out the same day but can guarantee all orders will be dispatched within 24hrs so you can enjoy your Pecka Products sooner.
All our orders come with a Tracking Number so you can track online and always know where your parcel is.
Although Pecka Products guarantees our super quick dispatch time, please allow enough time on your end for orders to arrive as we cannot control any unplanned Australia Post or courier delays nor refund your order total if orders do not arrive to you prior to your party, due to you, the customer, not allowing sufficient postage time. As we mention above, we use the quickest and safest shipping carriers with consignment numbers so you can have your goodies sooner.
Pecka Products is pleased to offer three shipping options for product shipped within Australia as well as an option for International shipping.

- Flat rate shipping fee (order as much as you like) – Standard $6.95 AUD*
- Flat rate shipping fee (order as much as you like) – Express $10.95 AUD*
New Zealand Orders - Flat rate shipping fee (order as much as you like) - Standard $15.95 AUD*
International (anywhere except Australia and New Zealand) - Flat rate shipping fee – Standard $25 AUD*
*Please note for exceptionally large orders including wholesale shipments (within Australia and International) an additional shipping fee may apply. Pecka Products will let you know if for some reason your order falls outside our general shipping terms.
Pecka Products will ship free to any Australian destination on all orders of $50AUD or more.
How do I take advantage of FREE shipping
1. Proceed to checkout with at least $50 AUD of items in your Shopping Cart.
2. Ship your items to a single Australian address.
3. Select free shipping as your shipping speed.
4. Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
Once your items ship, your order will be delivered within 1-7 business days. Depending on your location you may receive as early as the same day your order is placed! All orders are dispatched within 24hrs so you will have your goodies sooner.
Flat Rate STANDARD shipping fees (Australia)
For all orders within Australia (less than $50AUD) will be shipped for a flat rate fee of $6.95 AUD. For this option we use Australia Post eParcel or Courier Service which can take approx 1 - 7 business days for delivery depending on your location (i.e. regional and rural towns will take longer to deliver to than metro). To take advantage of this option, just select STANDARD delivery in the shipping speed section of checkout. Easy!
Flat Rate EXPRESS shipping fees (Australia only)
All orders within Australia can be shipped EXPRESS POST for a flat rate fee of $10.95 AUD. This service guarantees next business day delivery once your order has been dispatched* but remember your postcode must be part of Australia Posts Express Post network to take advantage of this! Just select EXPRESS delivery in the shipping speed section of checkout. *click here to check if your postcode is guaranteed next day delivery
We ship to countries worldwide for a flat rate shipping fee of $25 AUD (New Zealand - $15.95 AUD). Please note this is the standard Airmail service and can take from up to 2 – 10 working days for delivery.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately Pecka Products cannot control Customs or Quarantine as it is a legal requirement for every country to go through this process.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from peckaproducts.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Our sales team will then be in contact to make arrangements. At Pecka Products we believe anything is possible so will do our best to make sure no one misses out on our product!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to the unlikely event that our goods arrive damaged through transit or our warehouse made a mistake/dispatch error, we will refund or exchange up to the full amount of your purchase (excluding return shipping back to us and handling fees), as long as you do the following:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.
Return the item to us, in the same ‘brand new’ condition as you received it, complete with all packaging and within 10 business days after issue of the RMA number.
We regret that we cannot authorise the return of an item that is not in its ‘brand new’ and packaged condition. If items were damaged in transit we need please to see photos of the damaged product on RMA request. ALL our products are checked prior to sending to ensure you only receive the best quality products. We are confident you will LOVE our products!
Please don’t forget we are unable to refund your order if you Change your Mind or if your order does not arrive in time for your special occasion, due to you, the customer, not allowing sufficient postage time. We can guarantee dispatch time but unfortunately cannot control Postal carriers and unforeseen delays.
Collecting Personal Information about You
At Pecka Products we only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business as an online provider of goods. The personal information we collect will include information you provide to us when you place an order for the purchase of a good we supply. We may also collect personal information about individuals who are not customers of our business, but whose personal information is given to us by those individuals or other people in the course of a transaction. The only personal information that we collect about you when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, when you complete an online form when placing an order, or information you provide to us when you send us an email.
It is important to note that Pecka Products does not store any card numbers/ financial information supplied by our customers when placing an order.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information that we collect about you will be used and disclosed by us so that we can provide you with the services that you have requested, or otherwise to enable us to carry out our business as suppliers of goods.
Please be assured we will not disclose information about you unless the disclosure is required or authorised by law, you have consented to our disclosing the information about you, or for another purpose (related to the primary purpose of collecting that information) that you would reasonably expect.
We may also use your personal information to provide you with information about other services offered by us. However, the only information that you must provide is your name and payment details (where applicable). If you would prefer not to receive promotional or other material from us, please let us know and we will respect your request.
We do not engage in unsolicited telephone or email marketing. In particular, if you are contacted by telephone by an individual or organisation claiming to represent Pecka Products - do not purchase from the organisation as we have a strict policy against this type of marketing.
Access to Your Personal Information
In most cases you may have access to personal information that we hold about you. We will handle requests for access to your personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
We encourage all requests for access to your personal information to be directed to the Privacy Officer by emailing us or by writing to us at our postal address. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible. Requests for a large amount of information, or information which is not currently in use may require further time before a response can be given. We may charge you a fee for access if a cost is incurred by us in order to retrieve your information, but in no case will we charge you a fee for your application for access.

Disposal of Personal Information
Once your transaction is finalised, both the electronic and hard-copy information is securely archived. After a period of 7 years both the electronic and hard-copy information is destroyed.
